Our Rental Offices have a Reception, Conference facilities, Kitchen and Parking.

Heating, lighting, electricity, and water are included in the cost of the office and secure parking is available on-site. Depending on the size of the office suite allocated parking will be allocated in your rental.

Do you need a business address?

Tenants can usually use the office address as their business trading address, subject to agreement.

Do you need meeting rooms in additional to your office?

Meeting rooms are available for use by tenants. These are available to book separately, although a separate charge is made for their use.

Visitors or clients can come to the office although there may be building access, reception, or sign-in procedures for safety and security purposes. A manned reception service is available.
